Roger R. Bracken is a senior counsel in the Orange County office of Manning & Kass. He is a member of the Business Litigation and Premises Liability practices.
He began his career volunteering for the California Lawyers for the Arts, and as a Volunteer Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Los Angeles, prosecuting misdemeanor offenses including conducting jury trials. He then began working in private criminal defense, specializing in Driving Under the Influence matters throughout the state of California. During his time as a criminal defense attorney, he has defended criminal clients with felony, misdemeanor, and infraction charges ranging from murder to simple traffic infractions, including conducting jury trials. Later on, he began work in Song-Beverly Warranty Defense litigation, defending one of the largest motor vehicle manufacturers in the world throughout the State of California against California lemon law allegations.
Mr. Bracken joined Manning & Kass in 2021, defending mostly institutional clients.
