Joshua Babataher is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Manning & Kass. Mr. Babataher is a member of the Complex Litigation and Premises Liability teams, focusing on high exposure and catastrophic personal injury matters, affirmative litigation cases involving insurance fraud, first and third party special investigation defense, mass torts, and transportation litigation. Mr. Babataher has experience in the areas of general civil defense and insurance defense; including products liability, SIU-fraud, premises liability, elder abuse and habitability matters.
Mr. Babataher also has extensive experience representing owners, contractors and subcontractors in construction defect matters.
Mr. Babataher is admitted to practice in California and before the United States District Court, Central District. Mr. Babataher earned his BA in Business Administration, with an option in Business Law from California State University Northridge, in 2012, and was admitted to Gamma Sigma Alpha Honor Society. Mr. Babataher earned his JD from Pepperdine Law School in 2016, where he was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship.
