Jennifer L. Supman is a partner in the San Francisco office of Manning & Kass. Mrs. Supman is the Practice Area Leader in the San Francisco office for the Professional Liability (Real Estate Broker Liability and Real Estate E&O) and Real Estate Teams. 

Mrs. Supman specializes in the areas of real estate litigation, professional liability defense (all types of E&O and D&O claims, including but not limited to legal, accountant, property manager, budget preparer, and payroll processor malpractice claims), and construction defect litigation.

Mrs. Supman is acting General Counsel for several premier real estate brokerage firms throughout Northern California. In that role, she advises and counsels executive teams, and more than 500 agents and brokers, on legal matters, transaction specific inquiries, contract drafting and negotiation, industry regulations and compliance, best practices, risk management considerations, insurance coverage considerations, and brokerage wide processes and procedures. Mrs. Supman is responsible for the handling, litigation, and resolution of all claims companywide from initiation through conclusion.

Mrs. Supman received the distinction of being named a 2009 and 2013–2021 Super Lawyer Rising Star by Law & Politics Magazine. Mrs. Supman is a member and active participant in the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) and the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). Mrs. Supman was also nominated for and attended the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Trial School in 2013.

In 2003, Mrs. Supman received her BA in psychology with minors in business and sociology from Tulane University. In 2006, she received her JD from Golden Gate University School of Law, with a Litigation Specialization. While obtaining her law degree, she was a member of the Moot Court Board, Mock Trial Program, and Trial Advocacy Program. Mrs. Supman continues to participate in her law school’s Trial Advocacy Program, serving as a judge during Mock Trial Competitions.

Mrs. Supman was lead Trial Counsel in Performing Arts v. Murray, San Francisco Superior Court, Case No. GCG-09-040591, wherein she obtained a defense verdict and $1 Million cost award on behalf of a real estate broker and developer client, against whom complainants sought $30+ Million in damages.

Mrs. Supman is a member of the State Bar of California.
