Garros Chan is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Manning & Kass and a member of the Governmental Entity Liability Team. Mr. Chan has appeared and handled a wide variety of felony and misdemeanor criminal cases, including: DUIs, Possession for Sales of Controlled Substances, Domestic Violence, Gangs, Prison Crimes, Felon in Possession of Firearms, and Crimes Against Peace Officers.
Mr. Chan earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of La Verne, College of Law. During his time at the University of La Verne, he externed for a summer with the County of Riverside District Attorney's Office. Thereafter, he became a Certified Law Clerk and a Volunteer Attorney with the County of San Bernardino District Attorney's office.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Chan worked for two years as a Paralegal in a family law office.
Mr. Chan was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He attended the University of California, Riverside and earned his Bachelor of Arts in History.
