Abigail McLaughlin is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Manning & Kass. Prior to joining Manning & Kass, she joined a boutique trust and estates litigation firm, where she represented private professional fiduciaries and handled cases from inception to completion, including handling law and motion, civil discovery, settlement negotiations/mediations, and trial.
During law school, Ms. McLaughlin served on the Oklahoma Law Review as the managing editor and as research assistant to Professor Sarah Burstein. She received the American Jurisprudence Awards in Civil Procedure and Lincoln & the Constitution. She was a member of the nationally recognized Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Team and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers. She also clerked at the Office of the Texas Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission.
