Samantha J. Kattau is an associate in the Phoenix office of Manning & Kass. Ms. Kattau focuses on defense litigation in the areas of professional liability, as well as general personal injury.
Ms. Kattau earned a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in pre-law from Arizona State University (2010) and a J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University (December 2017).
While pursuing both her undergraduate degree and her law degree, Ms. Kattau was a paralegal working in civil litigation where she acquired trial experience and a strong knowledge of civil procedure. During law school, she had several internships giving her practical experience in a variety of areas of law including estate planning, intellectual property, and insurance law. Prior to joining Manning & Kass, Ms. Kattau worked in insurance defense focusing her practice on construction defect and premises liability.
Ms. Kattau is a member of the Arizona State Bar, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
