Paul O. Mittelstadt is an associate in the Phoenix office of Manning & Kass. Mr. Mittelstadt’s practice includes professional liability, personal injury, wrongful death, and construction litigation.
Mr. Mittelstadt was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, and moved to Arizona for undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona, graduating in 2008. Paul attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, graduating magna cum laude. While in school, Mr. Mittelstadt served as the chief articles editor of the Thomas Jefferson Law Review and an executive member and competitor in the school’s Moot Court Honor Society. Mr. Mittelstadt was also selected as an extern for Magistrate Judges Ruben Brooks and Jan Adler of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
Mr. Mittelstadt’s practice is characterized by a proactive approach intended to increase the client’s leverage in early negotiations and provide an edge in protracted litigation, if necessary.
Paul is licensed to practice in all Arizona and California State Courts, as well as United States District Courts for the Districts of Arizona and Southern California.
