Nicole Dyer is senior counsel in the New York office of Manning & Kass. She has worked in insurance coverage for 12 years, as a senior analyst at three different insurance companies in the New York City metropolitan area. As a senior analyst, Ms. Dyer was responsible for determining coverage for a variety of claims under various policies, including pollution liability, general liability, construction defect, and directors and officers. During her tenure as a senior analyst, Ms. Dyer negotiated numerous settlements on behalf of insureds. Prior to working in the insurance industry, Ms. Dyer practiced as an associate at a New York City law firm, where she handled toxic tort, dental malpractice, railroad law, and employment law matters. During her time as an associate, Ms. Dyer conducted numerous depositions and argued motions before the New York Supreme Courts in the five boroughs, as well as the Southern District of New York.
Ms. Dyer received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board, the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board, the Environmental Law Forum, and the Women's Law Forum. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and French from Gonzaga University.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Dyer worked as a newspaper reporter and editor for various newspapers.
In her free time, Ms. Dyer enjoys hiking, playing trivia, reading, and watching her children play soccer.
