Mark A. Hagopian is a partner in the San Francisco office of Manning & Kass, where he specializes in business litigation and the trucking and transportation industry. He is an experienced trial attorney who has handled a variety of personal injury, business torts, and commercial litigation cases in state and federal courts.
Mr. Hagopian was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1986 and is admitted to practice in all federal courts in California. He is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, the Defense Research Institute, the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California, and the Federalist Society. Mr. Hagopian has also served as a guest lecturer for the Barrister’s Club of San Francisco’s “Law in the Classroom” program. He is a member of The Guardsmen, a non-profit service organization devoted to advancing at-risk Bay Area youth by funding indoor and outdoor educational programs.
Mr. Hagopian is a former pro tempore of the San Francisco Municipal Court and a former member of the San Francisco Assessment Appeals Board. He has been recognized as a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. Mr. Hagopian received his BA with distinction from the University of California, Berkeley in 1982. He earned his JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1985. He is also AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Additionally, he has been recognized as a Northern California 2015–2016 Super Lawyer.
