Luisa Rosario is an associate in the New York office of Manning & Kass, where she practices Workers' Compensation and Immigration Law. Ms. Rosario joins the firm after having practiced for several years in the areas of workers' compensation, immigration law, family law, landlord tenant, criminal law, foreclosure defense, among others.
Ms. Rosario defends insurance companies, adjusting agencies, third party administrators and employers in all aspects of workers' compensation claim such as hearings, negotiations, depositions, settlements and appeals. In addition, Ms. Rosario is versed in Social Security Disability Law. In the area of immigration law, Ms. Rosario has several years of experience working in family based petitions, removal proceedings, asylums, cancellations, special immigrant juvenile, waivers, and work-based petitions. Ms. Rosario has experience representing clients before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit defending their petitions for review.
Ms. Rosario graduated from Fordham University School of Law with a Master of Laws in International Business and Trade Law. Ms. Rosario speaks fluent Spanish and has also been admitted to practice law in the Dominican Republic.
