Lilit Shamiryan is an associate in the Los Angeles Office of Manning & Kass. Ms. Shamiryan is a member of the Complex Litigation Team.

Ms. Shamiryan regularly defends matters involving insurance fraud, first and third party special investigation defense, catastrophic personal injury, mass torts, transportation litigation, class action and high exposure general liability cases.

While pursuing her law degree, Ms. Shamiryan clerked at the District Attorney's office in Orange County working in the Insurance Fraud Unit (primarily in premium and unemployment insurance fraud cases). Ms. Shamiryan was a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Frederick P. Aguirre at the Superior Court of CA, Santa Ana working alongside the research attorney drafting weekly law and motion tentative rulings for breach of contract matters.

Ms. Shamiryan clerked at Manning & Kass with the Government Entity Liability team. Assisted attorneys in representing police departments and law enforcement agencies during all phases of trial.

Ms. Shamiryan worked for Los Angeles County's Board of Supervisors Office - Equity Oversight Panel where she reviewed and conducted LA County's equity investigations involving employment law (discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation and inappropriate conduct toward others based on protected status and made recommendations to County Departments concerning disposition and discipline. Ms. Shamiryan conducted briefings, evaluated claims and rendered panel presentations.

Ms. Shamiryan is admitted to practice in California.

Ms. Shamiryan earned her BA and MPA in Social Science and Public Administration from California State University, Northridge and her JD from Whittier Law School.
