Courtney D. Casiano is an associate in the Phoenix office of Manning & Kass. Her practice focuses primarily on cases involving professional liability, complex civil litigation, premise liability, and real estate.
It is universally acknowledged that no matter where she shows up, Courtney is fully equipped to do battle. Her most notable trial accomplishment involves securing a defense verdict for a complex paramedic medical malpractice, wrongful death case arising from an alleged failure to treat. In addition to her outstanding leadership, creativity, and innovative service, Courtney received the "Recent Alumni Achievement" from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law Alumni Association (2020).
Courtney is also a two-time graduate of Arizona State University, where she obtained her Bachelor's degree in psychology and Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. While in the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Courtney was an associate editor for the Law Journal for Social Justice, where she authored and edited articles for the journal. She also supported several student organizations, received the highest ‘Pro Bono Distinction’ for public service, and was elected by her peers as the Graduation Class Speaker.
Courtney is a member of the Arizona State Bar and is licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
