Arthur Khurin is an associate in the San Francisco office of Manning & Kass. He is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where he obtained his Law Degree. Arthur is admitted to practice law before the California Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central District of California, Florida Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.

While in Law School, Arthur interned at the District Attorney's Office in San Mateo County where he held a certified legal intern license to conduct criminal bench trials. Arthur also interned at the Fort Lauderdale Airport, Aviation Legal Department and took part in the Fort Lauderdale runway expansion project, as well as other aviation law related matters.

Arthur graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Davis, and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society, widely considered to be the nation's oldest and most prestigious honors society dating back to December 5, 1776.

Upon obtaining his degree and a license to practice law, Arthur practiced criminal defense and personal injury in a boutique law firm in Miami, Florida before moving back to California. Arthur has been practicing general liability defense for over 5 years.
