Rinat Klier Erlich to Speak at the 2016 CLM Boston Conference

Rinat Klier Erlich, a partner at Manning & Kass, will speak at the 2016 CLM Boston Conference held July 14, 2016 at the Aloft Boston Seaport. Her session is titled, “The Cyber Attacks on Professionals?How Far Will They Raise The Standard of Care?”

For the last 19 years, Ms. Erlich has concentrated her practice in the area of professional liability litigation defending attorneys, design professionals, real estate brokers, insurance brokers, loan brokers, escrow and title officers against claims arising from alleged negligent acts, errors, or omissions in the performance of their professional services. Her extensive trial and appellate experience in this area gives her the ability to map out a successful pre-trial litigation plan that serves the endgame of trial.

Ms. Erlich is also a licensed real estate broker and is an active member of the California Association of Realtors, Legal Affairs Forum and Defense Strategy Panel. She is a lecturer on many professional liability related topics and has authored many articles and source book chapters in this field. Ms. Erlich is also a member of the California State Bar Executive Committee, the Professional Liability Underwriting Society Southern California Chapter Steering Committee, the Defense Research Institute Professional Liability Steering Committee and the Claim Litigation Management Alliance Professional Liability Committee. She chairs those committees’ Real Estate and Design Professionals Specialized Litigation Groups.
